To become a doctor in India, Medical students face a lot. Recently MCI, Indian Government somewhat resolved NEET(UG) issue after a long time. Now Government is planning to take a so-called Exit Exam aka NLME (National Licentiate Medical Exam/ National Licentiate Examination ), which is proposed to be replacing NEET(PG).
After pursuing five years of professional medical course, to become a doctor it might be mandatory to write an NLME for medical students if this bill gets passed.
Should they write Licentiate Medical Exam ?
Obviously NO..! Because, It clearly states that we don’t trust our education system and university’s evaluation methodologies, straight away. We are planning to oppose the bill so, please to support us on this issue email to the head of NITI Ayog Health Department
